About ME
Throughout my career, I have honed my skills as an HR business partner, navigating complex organizational challenges and driving positive change. Starting my journey in Lisbon and London, I gained valuable experience in various HR Generalist roles within consumer multinationals and Investment fund companies. In 2016, I joined a global manufacturing organization with over 50,000 employees across 15+ countries based in Madrid, where I played a pivotal role in talent and organizational development across multiple regions and business units.
In my most recent role as an HR consultant, I have successfully supported our clients addressing a wide range of HR challenges in executive search, leadership development, employee engagement, and talent management. I have focused on helping organizations optimize their people strategies and create high-performance cultures.
