I see myself as an antidote to the common stereotypes associated with my role. Contrary to the opinion that recruitment is about filling positions, I prioritize building genuine, long-term relationships with both partners and consultants. I invest time in understanding the deeper context of each partner’s needs and the individual aspirations of candidates. Moreover, I approach every challenge with resilience and creativity, finding solutions despite obstacles.
