My career spans roles across talent acquisition, talent management, and compensation in various industries including a food manufacturing multinational, financial services firm, and tech start-up. These foundational roles have provided me with key leadership and transformation experience which have included designing internship programs, developing recruitment strategies, and launching high-caliber leadership development programs.
Having lived in four continents, I bring a global perspective to reimagining HR practices and driving inclusive, strategic talent solutions.
