I have over 20 years of experience in the Financial Service Industry, Fintech, and multinational companies. Coming from the business, I transitioned into a trusted Talent advisor role. In close collaboration with the Board, C-suite executives, and HR directors working in Germany, Belgium, Spain, and The Netherlands, I guided digital transformations through strategic leader selection and development.

As a trusted advisor, I have coached hundreds of senior executives through these pivotal career moments.

With a background as a former banking executive specializing in succession and talent management in both countries, I bring deep industry knowledge and real-world insights into the challenges of finding, developing, and securing future leaders.
