About ME

I am a well-rounded HR leader with over 30 years of experience across diverse industries with a core focus on technology, food retail, logistics, and service industries. My journey has been one of working in large multi-national organisations often with a regional or global footprint. I have had the pleasure to lead large teams as an HR leader with end-to-end responsibility, as well as being the leader in the vertical domain of Talent Management. In this Talent Management practice, I was responsible for the entire talent lifecycle from identification, to development, up to deployment of the best talents within organisations. Furthermore, I had the honor to co-lead a selection and appointment process in one of the largest food-retail mergers globally (Ahold/Delhaize). These experiences have given me the advantage to gain deep understanding of business dynamics, as well as the knowledge of how complex decision making processes work within large corporations.
