About ME
As a Partner at KennedyFitch since 2021 in management consulting & executive coaching, my focus on executive leadership and change builds on my previous roles in the financial industry, leading the internal practice for executive coaching and senior team effectiveness at JPMorgan Chase. Also, in the energy sector, I managed the Organizational Effectiveness/Change team for the Projects & Technology division, and as internal consultant designed and delivered CEO Forum (Executive Committee summit with top 70 executives) and Senior Executive Forum (top 180 leaders) sessions. I also grew my experience as team coach for senior executive teams and was the co-head for firmwide senior team development. My foundational consultant experience was developed as Manager and Senior Manager at Accenture Management Consulting, supporting the launch of international coaching practice, as well as serving global clients with leadership, culture and change solutions across industries (FMCG, technology, manufacturing, oil/gas, public services).

As a Partner, I can help you with achieving systemic change, break-through performance and transformation at individual, team, department and organizational level. Bringing both consulting experience (Accenture; KennedyFitch) and executive positions in leading organizations (JPMorgan Chase; Shell), I mostly support executive teams in large, complex and international organizations, next to teaching and researching executive teams in times of challenging change.

Working with clients, for me it’s never about the work only. Building a personal and long-term relationship requires trust, openness to explore and discuss what’s truly important, and even mutual feedback, as keys to an effective relationship. Having been on the other side of the table, I am also respectful of the context of each client and finding the optimal partnership model to collaborate together.
