We are very proud of our collaboration with Iveco Group, the global automotive leader, employing over 36.000 people worldwide, where we are involved in their inspiring Group Leadership Programme, a tailor-made programme helping Iveco Group’s leaders grow their competencies in line with Iveco Group’s Leadership Framework. This unique partnership has brought us to Turin, Italy, to deliver training, blending in-person and online sessions to create a transformative experience for multiple cohorts of Iveco Group’s leaders.

A year ago, Mirna Zerekli, Head of Global Talent Management at Iveco Group, asked us to co-create a group-wide leadership programme as part of their culture transformation journey (Voice), The programme is anchored in the Iveco Group Leadership Framework and reflects Iveco Group’s purpose and values, The programme is designed to ‘go beyond’ and unleash the leader at various organizational levels.

We admire Iveco Group for their ambition and are excited to contribute through our co-creation and delivery of the programme. We stayed away from the traditional lecture format and designed an immersive, hands-on experience. The participants learn by exchanging with one another, reflecting, experiencing and doing. They are solving real-work situations, collaborating, and stepping out of their comfort zones. This is about enabling leaders to grow themselves, and their teams, to be ready to thrive in any scenario and make a positive impact both within and outside their organization.

Through workshops, buddy conversations, peer coaching, action learning and inspirational materials, we are creating intimate, safe spaces for reflection and learning in groups of 60 leaders per cohort. With this, the programme offers a great opportunity to be part of a community, to collaborate and exchange with colleagues from different functions and locations. Taking self-awareness as a foundation, we address leadership skills like Leading Change, Empowerment & Delegation, Listening, Courageous Conversations, Coaching, Systems Thinking and Design Thinking.

”I appreciate KennedyFitch’ Human-Centric approach in designing leadership development. I personally enjoyed the co-creation attitude that allowed us to deliver something tailor-made to the needs and the aspirations within our organization.” Mirna Zerekli

It’s about growing together, challenging each other, inspiring the teams around everyone, and building a community of leaders who are fully equipped to lead Iveco Group and the industry into a promising future.
