About ME
With over 15 years of experience spanning executive search, management consulting, and organizational development, I have cultivated expertise in employee experience (EX) and talent management. My career journey has taken me from policy and research roles in European Institutions to management positions in a global executive search firm and a global healthcare innovator.
Since 2019, I have focused on rethinking EX practices, designing and facilitating training programs, and developing EX strategies for diverse organizations. My approach combines data analytics, design thinking, and qualitative research to create impactful solutions for complex talent challenges. Throughout my career, I have solved various problems for senior leaders, from identifying top-tier executive talent to implementing sustainable people strategies.
My experience also extends to the nonprofit sector, where I co-founded a volunteer-driven tech organization aimed at addressing societal challenges through open-source digital tools. This entrepreneurial venture honed my skills in organizational development and start-up leadership.
Currently, I leverage my multifaceted background to provide comprehensive consulting services, helping organizations transform their EX practices and develop robust, future-ready talent strategies. I am committed to getting clients unstuck and creating contexts where people can reach their full potential – both for their organizations and for themselves.
