About ME
With over 25+ years of experience in executive search, both within global executive search companies/leading HR consulting firms and in-house strategic Global Talent Acquisition roles with blue-chip organisations, I have been exposed to various industries across diverse geographies, ranging from Europe to the Americas and APAC/the Middle East. With a sound industry specialisation in FMCG/Retail/Consumer/Luxury, Technology, and Pharmaceutical industries both within mature and emerging markets and having lived and worked in 4 different countries, I have developed my executive search expertise and built up solid and long-standing business relationships with various global leaders, clients, or candidates, in either public or privately owned firms, including family businesses. In addition, I have been exposed in cross-functional partner-led search projects ranging from CEOs and C-level searches to multiple senior director, global, regional or local searches.

I am particularly motivated to be part of the team and closely team up with my client, making them aware of the market realities and designing together the way that we can navigate into the global or region-specific challenges of the talent arena, now and in the future. I am very passionate when I am considered as an “ambassador” of the client and also a coach to the candidate to literally “make ends meet” and be able to contribute to the creation of a fruitful and successful employment relationship between the candidate and the client.
