About ME

My professional journey as an HR leader, consultant, and team coach over the past 25 years has brought me across a variety of businesses and geographies.

During my years in corporate multinational roles in a.o. the Lighting and HealthTech industry, I partnered with business leadership and teams in the organization to design and realise business and culture transformations, ranging from high growth to business turnaround and downsizing situations.

In specialist roles in Leadership & Talent Development, Capability Building, International Mobility, and Team Effectiveness, I have further built the depth and solidity of my HR & Change expertise. I have worked based out of the Netherlands and India and worked internationally with teams across the globe.

During the past 7 years at KennedyFitch, I have thoroughly enjoyed my collaboration with clients, co-creating impactful and implementable solutions to a variety of organizational, transformation, and people challenges they were facing.

Why is powering positive impact important for you?

I believe the key to change lies within ourselves. Especially through working internationally and living abroad (in India), I have learnt the world will not adjust to me. Rather, I have the power and responsibility to find a way of being effective in different contexts, while staying true to who I am. With this principle in mind, I like empowering people to define what they can do in any reality. What is your part in this challenge or opportunity? What do you need to be ready to act in the way that helps you and your situation forward? To me, this mindset ignites a lot of positivity and energy to make a positive impact to ourselves and the world around us.
